You’ll be greeted with a delicious welcome spread, guided through two transformative wellness sessions in small, supportive groups, and treated to a nourishing two-course lunch in beautiful surroundings before having free time to access the stunning Spa facilities.

    Arrive to the scent of fresh juice and warm conversation as you’re welcomed with a nourishing brunch and soft landing into the day. From there, you’ll be held in a rhythm of meaningful experiences designed to restore your energy, deepen your self-awareness, and spark connection.

    Expect to move gently, breathe deeply, and reflect meaningfully. You’ll alternate between grounding movement, insightful coaching, and quiet moments in nature, all in an atmosphere of ease and acceptance.

    The day closes with a heartfelt circle to honour your insights and growth, leaving you with not only a sense of calm and clarity, but a renewed connection to yourself.

  • Arrival & Welcome

    A warm welcome with a family-style healthy brunch and juice bar. We begin with a gentle sharing circle to set intentions and cultivate connection within the group.

    Morning Sessions

    Two intimate groups of 15:

    Group A: Somatic breath work and gentle yoga flow (outdoors weather permitting) to ground presence and enhance body awareness.

    Group B: Resilience coaching session focusing on practical tools for emotional strength and personal empowerment.

    Mindful Group Walk

    The entire group will come together for a mindful walk around the gorgeous grounds, integrating breath, movement, and awareness to deepen calm and presence.

    Nourishing Lunch

    A gorgeous, sit-down two-course lunch offering a nourishing menu designed to support wellbeing.

    Afternoon Sessions

    Swap morning groups.

    Closing Circle & Departure

    Conclude with a focused intention-setting exercise, celebrating personal insights and growth. Guests are then enjoy the club’s facilities at their leisure.
